By using our services or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Beatly Music provides an AI-assisted outreach platform used by client organizations to communicate with contacts who have consented to be contacted. Our AI assistant may communicate with you by SMS, phone, or email on behalf of the organization you have an existing relationship with, for purposes such as scheduling, appointment coordination, and answering inquiries.

3. SMS Messaging Program

By opting in via our SMS Consent form or another approved opt-in method, you agree to receive automated transactional and customer care text messages from Beatly Music. The following terms apply to our SMS program:

  • Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Message frequency varies depending on your interactions.
  • Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages that occur due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services, and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beatly Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
